About Us
Aries Rising Productions provides consulting and event planning services to artists, musicians, businesses, non-profits and grassroots organizations working to bring positive energy to the planet. We combine practical event planning experience with intuition, flexibility and creativity to create extraordinary experiences which celebrate the oneness of all of life.
18 years experience producing events which inspire, educate and elevate: consciousness, creativity, connection and collaboration make us uniquely qualified to assist you in a variety of ways. Our speciality is assisting those producing eclectic, co-created, grass-roots, community festivals and events which facilitate collaboration among organizations and community groups, encourage environmental sustainability, and promote cross-cultural awareness. Our events actively engage participants in exploring cultures, ideas, and creative self-expression through the arts and experiential learning.
Mariah
Miller has been coordinating events since 1991, including Kids for Peace
Day (celebrating its 12th Madison-area anniversary in September 2009), Martin Luther
King, Jr. Youth Service Day, Celebrating
Youth!, Options & Alternatives in Education, the 2006 Bless Our Planet concert for peace, and many workshops,
concerts and community happenings.
Mariah loves bringing people together people through celebration and enjoys exploring the connections between people, cultures, and traditions. She is inspired by the creative collaborations and positive energy generated by large gatherings of people focused on a common goal.
Mariah began her career in typesetting and graphic arts, and brings these skills to her event-planning business. She is a photographer, gardener, avid reader, beginning master drummer, dancer, and lover of all things spiritual and celebratory! One of her major life goals is to produce a World Party for Peace which benefits children's organizations all over the planet. She has three children who have been her greatest teachers and continue to guide her work and inspire her journey. They've all been to more festivals, events and happenings than they care to count!
